If you need to contact an individual attendee, or send an email to all of your attendees you can easily manage this from within Get Invited.

Emailing an individual

  1. Find the attendee you’d like to email on the Attendees page

  2. Click the Email icon on the right hand side

  3. Your email client will open with the attendee’s email address

Emailing all attendees

  1. Make sure you’re on the Attendees page

  2. Click Email All

  3. Your email client will open with all the attendees email addresses

Emailing all of your attendees from your email client is not a great idea if you have a lot of people registered for your event. We recommend using Mailchimp and connecting it to your Get Invited account for sending large volumes of email.
